At Honey Bloom, all products sold through our shop are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Products Are Final Sale

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products, including:

• Editable Canva templates

• Wedding and event templates

• Digital planners

• Interactive HTML planners

• Printable files

• Digital bundles

• Other downloadable products

Please carefully review the product description, included files, sizes, compatibility, and product details before purchasing.

Problems With Your Download

We want you to be able to use and enjoy your purchase.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive an incorrect file, or cannot access your purchased product, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

Duplicate purchase refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Editable Templates

For editable templates, please review the listing carefully to understand which elements can and cannot be edited.

Some artwork, illustrations, graphics, or design elements may be fixed and are not editable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have access to the software, browser, device, or platform required to use the purchased template.

Digital Planners & HTML Products

Interactive HTML planners are digital files designed to run in a compatible web browser.

Because these products store information locally on the user's device, customers are responsible for regularly using any included backup features to protect their data.

Clearing browser data, deleting files, changing devices, or other actions affecting locally stored information may result in data loss.

Change of Mind

Refunds cannot be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Not reading the product description

• Purchasing the wrong size or template

• Deciding not to use the product

• Lack of familiarity with Canva, HTML files, ZIP files, or other required software

• Differences in printer, monitor, or screen colors
